Simple, but satisfying

Deciding what to eat for breakfast can lead to some poor, quick choices. It is important to have a breakfast that will keep you full and nourish your body. An essential thing to note is that breakfast does NOT need to be a fancy meal to keep you full!

I love using simple overnight recipes like chia pudding or overnight oats. But, when I have the time, I really enjoy making a nice breakfast.

I typically make breakfasts with egg whites, avocado, yogurt, etc…things to keep me full for hours.

Personally, I have found that I cannot eat a high carb, high sugar breakfast. For example, many people turn to cereal but can’t understand why they’re hungry not even 2 hours later. Breakfasts should contain a good balance of protein, carbs, and fats…just like your other meals!
