This was 100%, no questions asked the most I have struggled creating something so far. To be completely honest, I am not even sure it’s right and this is at least my tenth try at this. I think one of the reasons I struggled so much with this was because of my lack of knowledge. I am not the type of person that learns from videos well, so relying on youtube was quite a challenge for myself. I really did not figure it out from the videos, so I attempted to figure out the program on my own. Downloading music took a lot of patience as well. Though I knew how to get the music from my library to the GarageBand, I did not know how to authorize my computer in order to be able to download the music to my library first. Once I at least figured out how to get my music to the software I felt like I had accomplished quite a bit. The hardest part for me was layering the audio to make it easier to hear and properly timed out. What I thought was a huge accomplishment of finally figuring out how to make my commercial turned out to be only what I can compare to when you’re in an escape room and you open the door only to find another room to escape from. Downloading the file as an MP3 file really brought a new challenge on. I’m not sure if I will ever have to use this kind of software in my future career but I sincerely hope not. This quite honestly took me days to finally figure out and at that rate, I will be fired from my job. Overall I am feeling pretty accomplished that I did finally figure it out but quite defeated from the whole process.
