Getting enough sleep might be the hardest part of college.

I have found that since I started eating healthier and making more of an effort to go to the gym, falling asleep is easier.

Something that has always been a stopping point for sleep for me is stress. The stress of school and internships is something that has prevented me from falling asleep and staying asleep.

Exercising later in the day is a way that I have been able to release some of that stress and ease my mind before bed.

Getting enough sleep is so important to a healthy life. Sleeping enough gives the body fuel for the next day. I have also found getting more sleep reduces my daily stress levels and keeps me focused and motivated throughout the day.
